Elevate Thanksgiving leftovers with a delicious meal of turkey, garlic mashed potatoes, and veggies for a second festive feast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (4.7 oz) Betty Crocker™ roasted garlic mashed potatoes
  • Water, milk and butter called for on potato mix pouch
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 jar (12 oz) home-style turkey gravy
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions using water, milk, and butter.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, simmer the turkey, vegetables, gravy, and poultry seasoning until bubbly over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Transfer the flavorful turkey mixture into a casserole dish. Arrange the creamy potatoes around the edge of the casserole using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Bake without a cover for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the mixture starts bubbling around the edges of the casserole dish.
