Ingredients:
  • aluminum foil
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground marjoram
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a rimmed baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • In a bowl, mix ground pork, sage, salt, paprika, marjoram, pepper, onion powder, and thyme until well combined. Shape into 10 small patties and place on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Then, flip and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees F (74 degrees C), approximately 10 minutes more.
