Whip up delicious pumpkin puree from a roasted sugar pumpkin - ideal for baking or freezing anytime!
Ingredients:
  • 1 sugar pumpkin
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • Cut the pumpkin in half from stem to base and scoop out the seeds and pulp. Then, wrap each half in foil to prepare for baking.
  • Place the dish foil-side up in the preheated oven and bake until tender, approximately 1 hour.
  • Scoop out pumpkin flesh and blend until smooth. Strain to remove any strings. Use immediately or freeze in freezer-safe bags.
