Homemade sour cream: quick, easy, and tastes store-bought when prepared in advance.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.75 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
  • Mix milk and vinegar, allow to rest for 10 minutes. Pour heavy cream into a jar, then stir in the milk mixture. Cover the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours. Chill before using.
