Try this ultimate waffle recipe for the lightest, fluffiest waffles with a delicious blend of vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg - a true breakfast delight!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk, or more as needed
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, or more as needed
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the waffle iron following the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • In a large bowl, vigorously whisk eggs until fluffy. Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the eggs while stirring. Mix until smooth, adjusting consistency by adding more flour if thin or more milk if thick, being careful not to overmix.
  • Spoon batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown with no more steam, about 2 to 5 minutes. Repeat for the rest of the waffles.
