Cheesy beef and macaroni bake in a tangy tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (10.25 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (11.5 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 (10 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Bring a generously salted pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no pink shows; then drain the excess fat. In a large pot, mix together macaroni, beef, tomato soup, tomato juice, and corn. Heat the mixture through and stir in cheese.
