Quick and vibrant stir-fry with pork, peppers, broccolini, and noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 3cm piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 62.50 ml kecap manis
  • 500g pork fillet, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 56.88 gm peanut oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into 6cm pieces
  • 500g fresh rice noodles, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the honey, ginger, sesame oil, and kecap manis in a bowl. Add the pork and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes if possible.
  • Heat your wok until smoking hot. Add 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and swirl to coat the pan. Drain and set aside the marinade from the pork. Stir fry half of the pork in the wok for 2 minutes until it's sealed. Transfer to a plate and repeat the process with the remaining pork using another tablespoon of oil.
  • In a hot wok, combine remaining oil, onions, capsicum, broccolini, and reserved marinade. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add back the pork and stir-fry for 1 more minute. Serve with noodles.
