Honey garlic chicken with rosemary butter sauce - a flavorful and quick weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 6 skinless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper; simmer for 1 minute to blend flavors. Mix in honey, bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Dip each piece of chicken into the sauce, coating evenly. Transfer chicken to a 9x13-inch baking pan and pour the remaining sauce over it.
  • Place the chicken in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the juices run clear and a thermometer shows 165°F (74°C) when inserted near the bone. Once done, remove from the oven and use tongs to flip the chicken, coating the top with sauce.
