Easy honey garlic glazed salmon - sweet and savory perfection for all levels!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
  • Prepare the salmon fillets by generously seasoning both sides with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear salmon fillets in olive oil until they easily flake with a fork, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
  • In a small pot over medium heat, blend together honey, water, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the glaze thickens and becomes smooth, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the salmon fillets.
