Succulent honey-glazed ribs with a mouthwatering sweet and savory sauce made of honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pounds pork spareribs
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the ribs and then mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, and baking soda until the honey and sugar are dissolved. Watch it foam and then coat the ribs in the mixture.
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil and place the ribs meat-side up. Drizzle any extra sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
  • Roast in the oven for 1 hour, gently rotating every 20 minutes.
