"Juicy honey grilled shrimp skewers with onions, peppers, and mushrooms marinated to perfection."
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails attached
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:
  • Combine garlic powder, black pepper, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, wine, and dressing in a large bowl. Add shrimp and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat the grill on high. Skewer the shrimp, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Remove excess marinade.
  • Combine honey, melted butter, and remaining Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl for delicious basting later.
  • Prepare the grill grate by brushing it lightly with oil. Grill shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they become opaque. Occasionally brush the shrimp with the irresistible honey-butter sauce while grilling.
