Grill pork with irresistible honey-mustard-garlic glaze for a mouthwatering result.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pork tenderloin (3/4 lb)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic (1 to 2 cloves)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil, then place the pork tenderloin in the pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and brush the mixture over the pork tenderloin.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pork has a slight blush of pink in the center and a meat thermometer reads 160°F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice diagonally.
