Marinate pork tenderloin in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and honey mustard for a succulent and flavorful roast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons dijon honey mustard
  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the pork to a spacious resealable plastic bag, pour in the marinade, remove any air, and seal the bag. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pork in a baking dish and generously coat it with the marinade.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes until pork is slightly pink in the center. Use an instant-read thermometer; it should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
