Ingredients:
  • 100.00 gm rolled oats
  • 170.00 gm sultanas, or choc chips
  • 75.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 125.00 ml coconut
  • 125.00 gm raw sugar
  • 115g butter
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 190C.
  • In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, melt the butter and honey together. Combine the butter and honey mixture with the dry ingredients until they cling together. Press the mixture evenly into the base of a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, then slice into bars while still warm and transfer from pan to cool.
