Easy and delicious beer bread with honey and oats for a flavorful twist. Quick and satisfying!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) bottle beer
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar in a bowl. Drizzle with honey, then add beer. Mix until just combined. Transfer mixture to the loaf pan and finish by drizzling melted butter on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a knife inserted into the top of the loaf comes out clean.
