Quick and easy, this delectable bread is a taste sensation!
Ingredients:
  • Macadamia oil, for greasing pan
  • 250mls (1 cup) milk
  • 200g (1/2 cup) honey
  • 36.80 gm macadamia oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) self-raising flour, sifted
  • 160g (1 cup) wholemeal self-raising flour, sifted
  • 50g (1/2 cup) pecan nuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C. Gently brush a deep 8.5 x 15cm loaf pan with macadamia oil for greasing.
  • In a food processor, blend milk, honey, macadamia oil, eggs, and sifted flours until combined. Gently fold in pecans. Transfer mixture to a greased pan and bake for 55 minutes at the preheated oven until a skewer comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack, serve warm or cold. Store bread in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or freeze for up to 2 months by wrapping in foil and placing in a sealed freezer bag.
