Ingredients:
  • 125mls (1/2 cup) honey
  • 250mls (1 cup) water
  • 4 Beurre Bosc pears
  • 100g ricotta
  • 80mls (1/3 cup) thick cream
  • 10.00 gm caster sugar
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring the honey and water to a boil. Peel, quarter, and core the pears, then cut each quarter in half. Add the pears to the honey syrup, reduce the heat, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until tender.
  • Combine ricotta, icing sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor until smooth. Serve with pears.
