Game day or quick meal favorite: Honey sesame chicken wings with coleslaw and bread. A surefire crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 3 scallions (green onions), chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
  • Combine honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Lay out the chicken wings evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Roast chicken in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Coat wings with half of the honey mixture; bake for 10 minutes. Add remaining sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and continue baking until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Ensure chicken reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) with a thermometer. Garnish with scallions.
