Ingredients:
  • 117.98 gm honey
  • 86.63 gm soy sauce
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 42.00 gm lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 500g RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 1/2 capsicum, cut into strips
  • 150g sugar snap peas (or snow peas)
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 900g hokkien noodles (or noodles of your choice)
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
Instructions:
  • Mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and freshly squeezed lime juice until well combined. Set aside.
  • On high heat, sizzle 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil in a hot wok. Brown chicken in batches until perfectly seared. Set aside. Boil noodles in a pot of water to soften, then drain. Keep aside.
  • Drizzle the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of peanut oil into the wok, then add the vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and noodles, followed by the combined sauce. Cook on high for an additional 2 minutes. Finish by sprinkling with sesame seeds before enjoying your delicious meal!
