Honey soy pork skewers recipe

Sweet and sticky glazed pork skewers grilled to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 550g pork loin steaks, cut into 2 cm pieces
  • 85.80 gm honey
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp mirin
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine pork with honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, and mirin. Toss everything together until well mixed. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Skewer pork pieces, onion, and capsicum. Preheat a barbecue grill or flat plate, then spray skewers with oil. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade until golden and cooked through. Enjoy warm or chilled in lunch boxes with rice.
