  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 (1-inch thick) boneless pork loin chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a baking dish.
