Honey-glazed baby carrots with mint

Honey glazed Dutch carrots - healthy and perfect for all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 4 bunches Dutch (baby) carrots, trimmed, peeled
  • 89.38 gm honey
  • 1.25 gm sweet paprika
  • 62.50 ml shredded fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Boil carrots in a large saucepan for 6 to 8 minutes until tender. Drain and toss back into the pan with honey, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a pan over low heat. Cook the mixture, tossing, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat, stir in half of the mint, and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with the remaining mint. Serve.
