Honey-glazed baby carrots: A deliciously sweet and simple side dish perfect for busy nights, loved by all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package baby carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions:
  • Set up a steamer in a saucepan with water just below the steamer. Once the water is boiling, add carrots, cover, and steam for around 15 minutes until tender.
  • As carrots steam, gently melt butter in a saucepan on low heat, then stir in honey and cornstarch.
  • Drizzle glaze over cooked carrots and gently mix until evenly coated. Enjoy immediately.
