Honey glazed baked baby carrots with caramelized onions and warm spices.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 0.5 onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a cozy 325 degrees F (165 degrees C and lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine carrots and onion in a bowl, then toss with Worcestershire sauce, oregano, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until tender. Then, add honey and butter to the dish, mix well, and return to the warm oven for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
