Easy honey-glazed pork tenderloin roasted with a sweet and tangy sauce - a delicious dinner winner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3/4 pound) pork tenderloins
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a high temperature of 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and nestle the pork tenderloins in a roasting pan.
  • Combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and brown sugar in a bowl and mix until fully blended.
  • Roast the tenderloins in a preheated oven for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and baste them with honey sauce. Keep roasting and baste a few more times with the remaining sauce until the pork is slightly pink in the center, approximately 45 more minutes. Check with an instant-read thermometer - it should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
