Spicy jalapenos and sweet corn baked in a creamy, cheesy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar jalapeno peppers, drained and diced
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together butter, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
  • In a 9x13 inch baking dish, mix together corn and jalapenos. Drizzle milk mixture over the corn and generously sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Place in a hot oven and bake for 35 minutes.
