Quick and flavorful cornbread made in 15 minutes using boiling water. Perfect pairing with salad or soup. A must-try recipe for tonight!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine muffin mix and water until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms. With floured hands, shape the dough into 6 (3-inch) patties.
  • Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, fry patties until deep golden brown, and drain on paper towels.
