Transform leftover meatloaf into a mouthwatering, convenient dish.
Ingredients:
- Leftover meatloaf (see note)
- 4 Turkish bread roll bases
- 165.00 ml caramelised onion relish
- 100g baby rocket
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced).
- Lay the meatloaf on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cover it with foil. Bake for 25 minutes or until fully heated, then slice and serve.
- Spread caramelized onion relish on 4 Turkish bread roll bases. Add 100g baby rocket and hot meatloaf on top. Sandwich with roll tops and serve.
