Hot spinach and artichoke Swiss cheese dip, party-perfect with crackers or baguette slices.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups light mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise, flavorful Swiss cheese, tender spinach, hearty artichoke hearts, and aromatic onion in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the creamy mixture to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for an additional 25 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
  • Serve piping hot.
