Cheesy spinach and artichoke dip topped with crispy bacon and Parmesan.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 (14 ounce) can quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (5 ounce) container garlic-herb flavored cheese spread
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Fry bacon in a big pan over medium-high heat until golden and crispy, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Place on paper towels to drain and crumble once cooled.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan, sour cream, cheese spread, and mayonnaise. Stir in crumbled bacon until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in a 7x11-inch baking dish.
  • Bake until golden brown and bubbly in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes.
