Easy homemade pizza ready in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2/3 cup very hot water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 cups pizza or tomato pasta sauce
  • 8 to 10 slices assorted thinly sliced deli or luncheon meats
  • 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced into rings
  • 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
  • 6 slices (1 oz each) Cheddar cheese, cut diagonally in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and spray a 15x10x1-inch pan or large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place the oven rack on the lowest position.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix with very hot water and oil until a dough forms. Beat vigorously for 20 strokes with a spoon. Use hands dipped in Bisquick mix to pat or press the dough in the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Alternatively, press the dough into a 13x10-inch rectangle on a cookie sheet and pinch the edges to form a 3/4-inch rim.
  • Evenly coat the crust with pizza sauce, then layer on the meats and bell pepper rings. Drizzle with dressing and generously sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 15-20 minutes.
