Total Time:
Turkey salad baked in a ring of flaky biscuits for a unique twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked turkey
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (1 ounce)
  • 2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
  • 2 1/4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°. Combine mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Bisquick mix in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Add turkey, cheese, celery, bell pepper, and onions; mix well and set aside.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients until a soft dough forms. Transfer the dough onto a surface dusted with Bisquick mix and roll it to coat. Knead the dough 10 times, then divide it into 24 pieces and shape them into balls. Arrange the balls closely around the edge of an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish, stacking them if necessary.
  • Place a generous amount of the flavorful turkey mixture in the middle of each biscuit. Bake without a cover for 20-22 minutes or until the biscuits are beautifully golden brown and the turkey filling is heated through.
