Create whimsical cupcake-filled ice cream cones for a delightful twist on classic cupcakes, ideal for festive kids' celebrations.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup hard margarine
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 24 flat-bottomed ice cream cones
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), positioning the rack in the center.
  • Cream sugar and margarine in a bowl with an electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time on high speed until well combined. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix in the flour mixture and milk alternately until just combined. Spoon batter into each ice cream cone, filling up to 1/2-inch from the top, then place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
