Iced Caramel Cappuccino

Stay cool with a quick and delicious caramel cappuccino topped with whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso coffee powder or granules
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream topping (from aerosol can)
Instructions:
  • In a large microwaveable measuring cup, heat water on High for 2 to 3 minutes until very hot and almost boiling. Stir in coffee powder until dissolved, then add 1/4 cup caramel topping, sugar, and milk.
  • Fill 4 (12-oz) glasses two-thirds full with ice. Pour coffee mixture into glasses. Finish with whipped cream and a drizzle of the remaining 1/4 cup caramel topping.
