Magical apple pie with tangy apples, warm spices, and biscuit mix, no crust needed. Irresistibly sweet and delightful!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1.25 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup biscuit mix (e.g. Bisquick)
  • 1 cup biscuit mix (e.g. Bisquick)
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.33333334326744 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and generously grease a 10-inch pie pan.
  • Combine apples with aromatic cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl and transfer to a pan. In a separate bowl, blend sugar, milk, 1/2 cup biscuit mix, eggs, and butter until velvety. Pour this mixture over the apples.
  • Combine 1 cup biscuit mix, nuts, brown sugar, and butter in a small bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel over the pie.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center of the pie comes out clean.
