Whisk and bake simple ingredients to create a delightful coconut custard pie.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) while you generously grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate.
  • In a blender, combine milk, coconut, eggs, butter, sugar, flour, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pie plate and sprinkle with nutmeg before baking.
  • Bake in the hot oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, for approximately 45 minutes.
