Impossibly Easy Pizza Bake

Whip up a speedy pizza bake in under 20 minutes using Original Bisquick™ mix and milk.
Ingredients:
  • 3 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix (from a 2 lb 8 oz box)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 jar (14 oz) pizza sauce
  • 1 package (7 oz) sliced pepperoni
  • 1 bag (8 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously spray a 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Combine Bisquick mix and milk in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Spoon half of the dough evenly into the baking dish (it won't completely cover the bottom).
  • Drizzle 1 cup of pizza sauce over the dough, layer half of the pepperoni slices evenly, and top with 1 cup of cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining dough, sauce, pepperoni, and cheese.
  • Bake until golden brown, the center biscuits are cooked, and the center cheese is bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
