Impossibly Easy Pizza Pie

Savory pizza ingredients baked into a convenient pie.
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
  • 1/2 package (3 1/2-ounce size) sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and generously grease a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the sliced onion and Parmesan cheese evenly in the pie plate.
  • Whisk together Bisquick, milk, and eggs until smooth. Transfer mixture to a pie plate and bake for 20 minutes. Once baked, spread with pizza sauce and layer with remaining toppings.
  • Bake until cheese is lightly browned, approximately 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
