Easy Instant Pot® boiled peanuts with a tangy salt and vinegar twist, inspired by potato chips.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups distilled white vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sea salt
  • 1 pound raw Virginia peanuts in shells
Instructions:
  • Combine vinegar, water, and salt in a large bowl and whisk together. Add peanuts and mix well to coat them. Transfer everything to a gallon-sized plastic zip-top bag and allow to marinate for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Add the bag of peanuts and liquid into your Instant Pot®. Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 120 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Let the pressure naturally release for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Let pressure release naturally for 20 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions, then unlock and remove the lid.
