Effortlessly make tender Instant Pot baked potatoes without heating up the kitchen or using the oven.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 large baking potatoes
Instructions:
  • Fill the bottom of your Instant Pot® with water and add a trivet. Rinse the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, then place them on the trivet.
  • Securely seal the lid and choose high pressure as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. Set the timer for 20 minutes and wait for the pressure to build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Follow the manufacturer's instructions to release the pressure naturally for 10 to 40 minutes. Unlock and lift off the lid.
