Instant Pot cooks moist, delicious frozen salmon in under 5 minutes for a quick, healthy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • cooking spray
  • 2 frozen salmon fillets
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your fresh, flavorful ingredients.
  • Add refreshing cold water and zesty lemon juice into a versatile pressure cooker like the Instant Pot. Insert a steamer rack and grease it with cooking spray.
  • Lay the frozen salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the rack. Seal with the cover and close the vent.
  • Steam the fish until it flakes easily with a fork, for 3 to 4 minutes. Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following the manufacturer's instructions for about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
  • After cooking the salmon to your liking, season it with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover the pot to ensure the salmon stays warm until serving.
