Succulent sea bass with a savory Asian soy-ginger-sesame sauce, made quick and easy in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (1 pound) whole sea bass, cleaned and scaled
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger puree
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
  • Fill the multi-functional pressure cooker with water and place a steamer basket inside. Add sea bass to the basket, then lock the lid. Use high pressure setting and set the timer for 5 minutes following the manufacturer's instructions. Let the pressure build for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Combine soy sauce, green onions, sesame oil, ginger puree, and garlic in a small saucepan. Heat on low, whisking occasionally, until ready to serve with the fish.
  • Carefully release pressure using the quick-release method following manufacturer's instructions, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place the fish on a stylish serving platter and generously pour the flavorful sauce over it before serving.
