Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
  • Start by heating oil in an extra-large skillet over medium-high heat. Next, brown the ribs on all sides in the skillet. Pour spaghetti sauce over the ribs and add water, then stir well. Cover the skillet, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 1 hour, turning the ribs halfway through cooking. If the sauce thickens too much, simply add a bit more water to thin it out.
