Flavorful Italian-inspired baked flounder fillets.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds flounder fillets
  • 0.5 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 cup diced fresh tomato
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the flounder in a medium baking dish. Dot with butter, season generously with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a splash of lemon juice. Finish with a layer of sliced tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, and a sprinkle of garlic powder.
  • Bake covered in a preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
