Ingredients:
  • 3 cups crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian-style seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 6 pork chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Mix crushed saltines, Parmesan cheese, Italian-style seasoning, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until fully combined.
  • Coat each chop in luscious melted butter, then generously cover all sides with the flavorful cracker mixture. Arrange the chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Roast in a hot oven at 425°F (220°C) for 30-40 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
