Spicy Pepper Jack cheese, jalapenos, and garlic baked into fluffy bubble bread using canned biscuits for a quick and crowd-pleasing treat!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough (such as Pillsbury® Grands™ Juniors)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 0.25 cup drained pickled diced jalapenos, or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • Cut each biscuit into quarters and generously dip half in melted butter before arranging in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/2 of the pepper Jack cheese, 2 tablespoons of jalapenos, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder over the biscuits. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit pieces, topping them with the remaining cheese, jalapenos, and garlic powder.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow the dish to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then gently run a knife along the edges to loosen it before removing it from the pan. Serve warm.
