Easy and delicious jam-filled muffins for a quick breakfast treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup any flavor fruit jam
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl, then make a well in the center. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and oil. Pour into the well and gently mix until just moistened and lumpy. Fold in jam carefully.
  • Transfer the batter into the pan and bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for about 25 minutes, or until deliciously golden brown.
