Elevate your party with irresistible Jarlsberg cheese dip, perfect for pairing with crackers!
Ingredients:
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 2 sweet onions (such as Vidalia®), thinly sliced
  • 1 pound Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
  • 1 pinch paprika, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter until sizzling. Sauté onions in the fragrant butter until they are soft and transparent, which usually takes 7 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool before using.
  • Combine onions, indulgent Jarlsberg cheese, and creamy mayonnaise in a large bowl. Divide the cheese mixture evenly between 2 pie dishes and generously sprinkle paprika on the tops.
  • Bake in the hot oven until dip puffs slightly and cheese is melted, about 25-30 minutes.
