Beloved dessert enjoyed by all ages, quick and simple to make.
Ingredients:
  • 9g sachet low-joule raspberry jelly crystals
  • 250.00 gm boiling water
  • 250g strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 150g blueberries
  • 360.00 gm low-fat vanilla custard
Instructions:
  • In a jug, combine jelly crystals with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then mix in 1 cup of cold water.
  • Divide the jelly evenly among four 1-cup capacity glasses. Top each with half of the strawberries and blueberries. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Garnish jellies with remaining strawberries and blueberries, then spoon custard on top before serving.
