Whip up delicious sausage balls with pork sausage, baking mix, onion, and Cheddar cheese for a crowd-pleasing appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (16 ounce) packages Regular Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage
  • 4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect temperature before baking.
  • Mix together sausage, cheese, baking mix, onion, celery, garlic, and black pepper in a large bowl until evenly combined. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C), about 20 minutes. Let it cool on the pan for 5 minutes before serving with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
